Flea Market Buyers are Savvy

Flea market shoppers are looking for a bargain, no matter what the item is. What you should be willing to do, is accept a fair price based on your cost and the market conditions.

If you are selling used items from home, what others are getting for similar items and price item to compete, if you can. This may mean pricing your item much less than what you initially expect to receive. But you want to also be firm and hold your price if you think its fair.

Treat Your Customers Well

Make sure you have enough seed money to make change. A lot of sales can be lost  because you are not prepared to make a quick transaction because many shoppers buyers buy on impulse.

Typically you will want to bring your own food and liquids. That way you  can save on your eating expenses and maximize how much profit you take

home.

Protect Your Products

Do not wander around away from eyesight of your merchandise, small items can very quickly disappear when you are not looking. Be aware of your surroundings. Keep your money safe in a pouch you wear, or in your pocket only.
